We suggest you park adjacent to Glynn Acher Drive
(across from Stadium trailer park)
 

Look for the yellow building.

Walk into the main courtyard in the center of the complex. 

Look for the bike rack.

You will see both elevator and stairway entrance to the large yellow building

You may use either entrance and proceed to the second floor.
